Craftsman Automation through its Aluminium foundry division caters to the precision casting needs of the automotive, printing, textile, marine and other industries.
Craftsman Automation is facilitated with semi-automatic Sand plant with Arpa 450. Castings are produced through Green Sand Moulding, Gravity Die Casting, CO2 and Furan process.
- Annual capacity of 500ton.
- Casting Weight ranges from 0.08-75Kg
- Raw materials are imported
- Natural sand used for moulding is imported from the Netherlands to increase surface finish
- Patterns are manufactured by both in-house & through suppliers.
- Alloys - Alsi7Mg 0.3 ST6, AlSi10Mg, AlSi12, AlZn10Mg, ASTM AA380, A356, B319.
- A sand testing laboratory ensures the right parameters for moulding sand to provide consistent quality of moulds.
